This terms and conditions apply to any 15% OFF service campaigns offered by Australian Motors Mazda Edwardstown. 

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the terms and conditions.
  • The car servicing must be booked with Australian Motors Mazda service centre.
  • This offer applies to anyone that has received SMS or promo code from one of our marketing communications.
  • Customers must retain SMS or promo code obtained from one of our marketing communications and present it to one of our Service Advisor at the counter upon arrival.
  • Only 15% OFF the service price is applicable.
  • Only one discount is applicable per service.
  • The 15% discount is only applicable to scheduled servicing.
  • The discount is only applicable to the service appointments between 20 March 2020 to 30 April 2020.
  • SMS replies are not monitored, and any responses will not be attended to. Any questions, please contact the number stated on the SMS and for an opt-out option, customers must click on the link given.
  • The dealership reserves the right to request the customer(s) to provide proof of their identity and/or evidence that he or she have received the offer.

Terms and Conditions | $1500 Digital Gift Card Offer


1) Immediate Family Definition
(i) For the purpose of this campaign, the Fair Work Ombudsman definition of immediate family is used. An immediate family member includes:
• Spouse or former spouse;
• de facto partner or former de facto partner;
• Child;
• Parent;
• Grandparent;
• Grandchild;
• Sibling;
• Child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the customer’s spouse or de facto partner (or former spouse or de facto partner).
(ii) This definition includes step-relations (eg. step-parents and step-children) as well as adoptive relations.

2) Acceptable Proof
(i) The following documentation is acceptable in proof of immediate family connection:
• Relationship by birth or marriage
– Birth Certificate
– Marriage Certificate
* Statutory declaration is not acceptable unless exceptionally approved by IUA (Isuzu UTE Australia).
• De facto relationship
– Tenancy Agreement with both name shown as the tenants
– Property ownership, eg. title deed, rates notice, mortgage documents
– Postal correspondence (eg. Gas, Telephone, Electricity) addressed to both name at the same address *Usual length of the relationship living together is at least 12 months

3) Mobile Pay Digital Gift Card
IUA are converting from hard plastic gift cards to digital gift cards referred to as Mobile Pay. Mobile Pay is supported by all major mobile devices, including: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Customers will have the opportunity to opt for a plastic card if their phone is not compatible. Once a customer’s gift card is approved please allow up to 60 days for it to be processed. Please follow the below process once approved:
(i) Customer receives and SMS with an activation code and link.
(ii) Customer follows activation link.
(iii) If the customer’s phone is compatible with Mobile Pay they will be directed to download the Mobile Pay app, enter the activation code and the card can be accessed by the Mobile Pay App.
(iv) If the customer’s phone is not compatible, they are redirected to Edge Loyalty Customer Service where they can request a plastic card. The card will then be dispatched via registered post.
(v) The gift card can then be added to the customer’s phone wallet or remain in the Mobile Pay App.
(vi) The customer can then use their digital gift card or plastic gift card to make purchases.
